As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design and implement infrastructure to scale Notable's healthcare AI platform while ensuring reliability, security, and continuous delivery processes.

Design, scope, and implement end-to-end healthcare AI workflows on Notable's platform. Translate operational requirements into scalable flows, handle data mapping across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources, integrate with EHRs and APIs, lead implementation and testing, ensure production observability and performance, train customers, and provide product feedback to improve reusable patterns and platform capabilities.

The Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities in healthcare, focusing on relationship building and targeted prospecting to expand strategic health system partnerships.

Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, vendor management, and execution of internal and external events (conferences, trade shows, user conference). Define KPIs, coordinate marketing and creative assets, manage logistics and onsite execution, secure speakers, drive promotion and attendance, analyze ROI, and iterate on event strategy.

Lead and mentor a team of AI Platform Architects to design, implement, and scale AI-driven healthcare workflows using Notable's Flow Builder. Oversee customer implementations, provide technical architecture guidance, drive operational excellence, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and promote best practices in LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation. Serve as a hands-on escalation point and support hiring and team growth.
