Own hardware configuration and engineering change management in Windchill for a fusion demonstration system. Maintain part numbers, CAD data, BOMs, documentation, baselines, and release records. Drive ECR, ECO, and deviation workflows; audit configuration accuracy; assess cross-functional change impacts; coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; train users; and support audits with traceable records.

The role requires hands-on experience with complex electromechanical hardware, machining, quality systems, engineering drawings, and fast-paced startup manufacturing.

Lead design, analysis, and validation of structural and mechanical systems for fusion machine installation and operations. Develop temporary and permanent support structures, foundations, seismic restraints, vibration isolation, test stands, and lifting equipment.
