The role owns creative testing frameworks, CPA improvement, analytics taxonomies, content libraries, UGC and branded production, brand guardrails, regulatory review systems, and cross-channel creative learning across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and YouTube. The manager will hire and mentor creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations staff while improving creative velocity, hit rates, and acquisition performance.

Provides high-trust administrative and operational support to founders and C-suite leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, executive communications, travel and expense management, confidential information handling, leadership cadence support, action tracking, and process improvement. The role serves as a liaison among executives, employees, partners, vendors, and stakeholders while anticipating needs and ensuring effective execution during periods of rapid change.

Own technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, using SQL, dashboards, and user behavior data to define metrics and optimize the user funnel and internal systems. Provide proactive legal counsel to Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle, implement privacy-by-design, lead privacy assessments (including AI features), draft and maintain user-facing product legal documents, advise on data-sharing/vendor integrations and ad/marketing compliance, and build playbooks to scale product operations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and application platform to enable rapid deployments, troubleshoot incidents, design self-healing systems, join on-call rotation, and support product and data engineers with observability and networking expertise.
