Advise clients on local permitting processes, building codes, and zoning requirements; collaborate with municipal officials to accelerate approvals; and partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve workflows, platform capabilities, and client outcomes.

Lead and own technical domains end-to-end to build AI-driven permitting products. Design and ship full-stack features (TypeScript/React/Google Cloud) that leverage LLMs and AI agents, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure production reliability and long-term architectural quality. Collaborate with designers and users to solve ambiguous problems and scale the product.

Own end-to-end product features from user research through production. Turn unstructured permitting documents and regulations into reliable AI-driven product experiences. Build and ship LLM/agent-powered features, make technical and product decisions, architect durable systems, and mentor engineers while collaborating with designers and end users.

As the Founding Product Manager, you will drive the product roadmap, oversee AI product launch, and ensure alignment between design, engineering, and business needs.

Manage end-to-end technical recruiting to scale Pulley’s San Francisco office: source, screen, and close candidates; partner with hiring managers; improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.
