Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Cyolo’s secure access and connectivity solutions across industrial and enterprise environments. Responsibilities include territory planning, outbound prospecting, partner development, technical discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, forecasting, and closing complex $20K–$1M+ opportunities. The role engages security, networking, infrastructure, OT, procurement, and executive stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to acquire, expand, and retain customers.

Serve as the post-sale technical advisor for customers, guiding onboarding, implementations, integrations, configuration, adoption, and technical enablement. Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, document technical success plans, identify adoption risks, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating value, delivering training and workshops, and helping customers achieve business and security outcomes.
