Own and grow Thatch Market’s partner ecosystem by managing existing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, sourcing and closing strategic healthcare and service partners, and structuring commercial agreements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to launch partnerships, resolve issues, and drive long-term partner success.

Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to identify and qualify B2B prospects. Schedule high-quality demos for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing on messaging and campaigns, and share prospect feedback to improve products and sales tactics. The role focuses on brokers, employers, and partners in a remote, fast-paced environment.
