Supports government and interest holder engagement strategies for BC Ferries. Monitors legislative, political, and funding developments; prepares briefing notes, correspondence, reports, and executive summaries; coordinates roundtables and working sessions; supports multi-party discussions; collaborates across teams to align messaging; and improves engagement tools, processes, and practices.

Develop and execute strategic internal communications for major IT transformation programs. Advise senior leaders, create executive messaging, intranet content, presentations, reports, speeches, and employee communications, and support change management, engagement, readiness, and adoption. Build stakeholder relationships, translate technical information into plain language, manage communications projects and deadlines, and evaluate communication plans for internal and external audiences.
