Provides front-line BIM and digital workflow support to architectural and engineering teams. Troubleshoots Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, standards, and project workflows; monitors support data to identify recurring issues; develops targeted training and office hours; reinforces firm-wide digital standards; and documents improved workflows and best practices. The role also supports proactive enablement and occasional collaboration, conference, and training activities.

Supports principal-led business development across Northern California’s science, technology, education, and arts markets. Responsibilities include pipeline development, client and industry relationship building, market intelligence, pursuit and interview support, thought leadership coordination, CRM management, forecasting, and internal team coordination. The role partners with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop positioning strategies, strengthen market visibility, and improve pursuit outcomes. Travel is required throughout Northern California, with a hybrid work arrangement based in San Francisco.
