Manage Management Liability claim handling including coverage analysis and determinations across D&O, EPL, crime, bonds, and financial institution lines. Oversee reserving, settlement authority, litigation strategy, negotiations, mediations, and trials. Prepare coverage letters, large loss reports, and trend analyses. Advise business partners, monitor claim quality and compliance, and implement corrective strategies to meet corporate objectives.

Lead ceded reinsurance strategy and operations, optimize treaty and facultative programs, negotiate with reinsurers and brokers, oversee contract governance, drive analytics and reporting, manage a reinsurance team, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise executive leadership and the board on reinsurance performance and risk transfer solutions.

Partner with finance and underwriting leaders to build financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses; produce dashboards and Power BI reports; prepare quarterly P&L and executive review materials; deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and modernize FP&A reporting with BI and AI-enabled tools.
