Lead and coach a team of qualitative UX researchers to deliver high-quality, client-facing research. Drive delivery excellence across study design, moderation, synthesis, and reporting; partner on scoping and proposals; translate insights into strategic recommendations; champion research innovation (including AI-augmented tools); participate in hiring and knowledge sharing; and travel to offices and client sites (~25%).

The UX Researcher will lead research studies, engage with clients, analyze findings, present insights, and contribute to internal initiatives.
