Owns the company’s long-range plan, annual budget, rolling forecasts, unit economics, workforce planning, and operating model. Partners with the CFO and business leaders on KPI reporting, board materials, growth cases, and budget management. The role also builds and mentors the FP&A team, defines marketplace metrics, and leads the finance systems roadmap, including planning tools, BI, and transactional data pipelines.

Designs, schedules, publishes, and monitors social media content across Instagram, X, and TikTok. Creates graphics, templates, carousels, and light motion content; engages with the audience; maintains brand consistency; adapts content for timely moments; reviews performance in Sprout Social; and collaborates with marketing on content calendars and campaigns.
