Lead and execute G&A business operations and commercialization-readiness initiatives. Designs and delivers hands-on AI coaching, small-group labs, and use-case learning to drive adoption of approved AI tools. Curates learning resources, captures feedback, tracks outcomes, and partners with stakeholders to embed responsible AI practices across functions in a regulated environment.

Lead knowledge management and learning enablement for enterprise Digital and AI adoption. Own content governance, taxonomy, publishing, AI Champion network operations, use-case curation, onboarding, measurement, and continuous improvement to scale reuse and adoption across the organization.

Lead and scale the enterprise SOX/ICFR program globally, covering ITGCs, ITACs, automated controls, documentation, testing, remediation, auditor coordination, and regional execution. Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, Commercial, and regional teams to embed controls in systems and processes, support system implementations, and build a high-performing SOX/ITGC team.
