The Contract Manager will manage the full lifecycle of commercial, clinical, research, vendor, procurement, and technology agreements. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, coordinating approvals, maintaining contract records and CLM data, supporting audit readiness, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, escalating high-risk terms to counsel, and improving contracting processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Manages global and domestic tax compliance and reporting, including VAT/GST, ASC 740 tax provisions, transfer pricing, income tax, sales and use tax, audits, tax credits, SEC disclosures, and SOX controls. Partners with internal finance teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions, supports international expansion, improves tax processes, and coordinates tax authority inquiries and documentation.
