Partner with Product and Engineering to build payment billing engines, transaction matching, settlement alerts, and AI-assisted accounting workflows. Produce payment, revenue, retention, pipeline, and transaction metrics while maintaining CRM data standards, pricing guardrails, account health reporting, and commission administration.

The Senior Product Manager will lead integration strategies for CEXs and Web3 Wallets, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate with engineering and business development teams to enhance core infrastructure and connectivity.

Guide customers through technical implementations, adoption, and scaling of Mesh APIs and SDKs. Design post-sales solutions, advise customer engineering teams, troubleshoot integrations, create implementation playbooks, optimize tooling and workflows, and lead technical discussions with customers and executives. The role requires crypto and fintech knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel.
