Lead and support real estate acquisitions across the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle, including sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, financing support, and Investment Committee approvals. Develop business plans and exit strategies, manage stakeholder and capital markets relationships, contribute to portfolio strategy, and mentor junior team members.
