Lead the R&D TPM function to turn modular and behind-the-meter designs into buildable, scheduled programs. Manage portfolio dependencies across mechanical, electrical, controls, and modeling workstreams, provide executive visibility, build the TPM team and operating system, and ensure program artifacts and recovery plans keep schedules on track.

Design and own production tooling and fixtures (weld fixtures, assembly jigs, lifting/handling tools) from concept through validation. Manage tooling lifecycle including maintenance, calibration, revisions, and register. Ensure fixtures meet tolerance via stack-ups and capability studies, design for fast, mistake-proof, and safe operator use.

Own monthly and quarterly close and audited financial statements; build technical accounting positions (revenue, leases, capitalization); implement reporting systems (ERP to reporting tools); run and maintain clean external audits during rapid growth; compress close cycle and strengthen controls; communicate accounting conclusions to executives.

Own ASC 606 revenue accounting for complex usage-based, subscription, and infrastructure contracts. Review contracts pre-signature, run monthly revenue close (billing, deferrals, recognition), build NetSuite revenue automation, and partner with deal desk to scale accounting processes and controls.

Build and own lab software for new product introduction: test orchestration, data capture, analysis, benchmark automation, config management, and results databases. Ensure qualification runs are recorded, comparable, and queryable. Automate deployment-ready configurations and validation suites, collaborate closely with hardware engineers, and iterate on tooling.

Own ASC 740 income tax provision end-to-end for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction datacenter company. Build provision processes and controls, manage external advisors and auditors, model tax impacts of new sites/entities/financings, and partner with accounting and FP&A to produce accurate provision, deferred tax, and disclosures on close.

Design and engineer robot controls for data-center robotics: motion, safety, and facility integration. Own control-stack integration (fleet management, dispatch, telemetry), design safety architecture, commission and debug systems on-site, and meet availability targets.

Build the SCADA software stack: services, integrations, and interfaces for site control systems. Integrate SCADA/EPMS with data and automation layers, own historians, alarms, trends, and event flows, and create tooling for repeatable site deployments. Write production-safe code and test against control systems.

Build software for data-center robotics including task planning, fleet coordination, perception, navigation stacks, and integration with company systems. Ship autonomy glue combining perception, navigation, and task logic. Own operational tooling for monitoring, teleoperation fallback, and diagnostics. Integrate robotics mission and exception data into platform. Require production robotics experience, ROS or equivalent middleware, remote-failure engineering, enterprise integration, and hardware-software debugging.
