Design and engineer mechanical cooling systems for modular data center units, performing hydraulic and heat-transfer calculations, sizing equipment, developing vendor packages (CDUs, pumps, dry coolers), supporting prototypes and initial builds, and validating designs against test/commissioning data.

Build services, APIs, and pipelines for an infrastructure design model; ship generative automation for layouts, routings, and configs; integrate CAD/BIM/PLM toolchains; manage model data at scale including versioning, validation, and queryability; work closely with engineering users and vendor APIs.

Own and configure ATS systems, build automation for scheduling/referrals/candidate scoring, maintain hiring dashboards and funnel metrics, and design, document, roll out, and enforce recruiting processes and SLAs.

Design, standardize, and operate facility OT networks carrying BMS/EPMS and controls traffic. Build segmented, secure OT architectures, manage the OT/IT boundary (firewalls, monitoring, access), and collaborate with controls engineers to ensure uptime and auditability across sites.

Lead cross-site deployment programs from construction handover to customer-ready compute: manage schedules, dependencies, resources, risks, escalations, program reporting, and lead the TPM team to drive repeatable, software-enabled data center bring-up.

Own global cash and liquidity operations, manage banking relationships, optimize working capital, lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, handle FX and multi-currency operations, implement ERP and TMS, and build/scale the treasury function in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Partner with data center operations leaders to design org structures, manage shift workforce scheduling and fatigue, handle employee relations investigations and resolutions, build onsite shift-based people programs, and support retention and safety-adjacent HR work across distributed sites.
