Manage borrower bankruptcy filings for a manufactured home loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with bankruptcy law, investor rules, and servicing policies. Monitor PACER/ECF, prepare proofs of claim and notices, reconcile trustee payments, coordinate with counsel and internal teams, and support audits, KPIs, and process improvements.

Perform file reviews and audits of chattel loan origination and servicing to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, investor requirements, and internal policies. Identify discrepancies, document findings, perform data trending to detect systemic risk, prepare reports with metrics and remediation recommendations, and collaborate with Operations, Servicing, Compliance, and Management to implement corrective actions and improve controls.
