The YouTube Video Producer will oversee the production of engaging YouTube content, from scripting and filming to post-production, focusing on making technical topics accessible and appealing. This role involves collaboration with marketing teams and a creative roadmap for the brand’s YouTube channels.

You will edit YouTube content for a major tech company, focusing on storytelling and audience retention while collaborating with marketing and production teams.

Edit YouTube-first videos end-to-end: assemble stories for retention, create in-edit motion graphics, design thumbnails, collaborate with producers and strategists, iterate using performance data, and manage multiple edits efficiently.

Lead end-to-end creative production of YouTube-first long-form content: develop concepts, direct shoots, guide editors, build scalable workflows, and iterate formats using performance insights. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and brand to translate complex design and technical topics into engaging, human stories that grow audience and retention.

As a Video Editor, you'll craft high-performing long-form YouTube content, collaborate with producers, and manage multiple projects while ensuring clarity and retention in storytelling.

Lead creative vision for YouTube content from concept through final cut for major brand clients. Develop formats, shot lists, and edit outlines; direct on set; collaborate with producers, DPs, editors, and strategists; ensure videos follow YouTube best practices and deliver high retention and performance; manage notes in Frame.io and meet tight client timelines.

Edit long-form YouTube content and create short-form cutdowns, shaping narratives from interviews and educational footage. Collaborate with producers and strategists, add motion graphics, text animation, music, and sound design, iterate from feedback, and maintain organized, efficient project workflows to maximize audience retention.
