Implement Kubernetes-native systems and infrastructure-as-code, ensure production reliability, security, and cost efficiency, create developer tooling and abstractions, collaborate with customers, mentor engineers, and drive platform architecture and priorities.

Partner with customers to design and deliver production-ready AI/ML solutions, drive POC-to-production success, troubleshoot technical issues, inform product roadmap with customer feedback, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
