Owns deployment automation, enterprise architecture, CI/CD, observability, security, and operational standards while converting bespoke customer requirements into scalable platform capabilities. Partners with customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Security, and builds a globally distributed Deployment and Integrations Engineering team.

Own the product roadmap and execution for co-development, distribution, and integrations with major cloud and data platforms. Scope and validate integrations, drive end-to-end technical and GTM launches, align cross-functional teams, and measure partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption.

Lead TwelveLabs’ application strategy and build AI-native video products from zero to adoption. Own customer discovery, product direction, prototyping, engineering collaboration, launch, growth, monetization, and customer value. Define application evaluations, quality and reliability standards, and requirements for shared models and infrastructure. Recruit and lead a lean team, establish rapid build-measure-learn cycles, partner with customers and cross-functional teams, and develop a repeatable portfolio and distribution strategy.

Own and build GTM systems and automations across HubSpot, Clay, and partner integrations. Design quote-to-cash flows, maintain AWS co-sell pipeline, create multi-system workflows, ensure data quality and reporting, prototype and iterate GTM infrastructure, and collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership.
