Lead and scale the Commercial sales organization across the Western US, develop and execute regional sales strategy, coach AEs, drive pipeline and forecasting, close strategic enterprise deals, engage C-level stakeholders, partner cross-functionally, and expand channel relationships to grow cloud security revenue.

Embed with the North America sales team to run forecast and pipeline hygiene cadences, resolve deal and process issues, build field-facing Salesforce dashboards, drive forecasting discipline, document playbooks and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to operationalize RevOps initiatives.
