Lead technical architecture for a VA acquisition modernization program: define integration, data, application, and security architectures across Appian, Palantir, legacy VA systems and cloud; establish standards, lead design sessions, support ATO activities, review technical designs, and mentor technical staff.

Designs and implements middleware, APIs, and data exchange to integrate Appian, Palantir, and VA financial systems. Builds secure, auditable integrations, supports ATO/FedRAMP activities, develops tests and runbooks, troubleshoots production issues, and mentors junior engineers.

Own SLAs/SLOs/QASP, manage multi-CLIN federal contracts, drive Agile/SAFe backlog and sprints, implement Amazon Connect platform enhancements and AI/automation, oversee ServiceNow integrations, optimize workforce and QA, and lead innovation, transition, and stakeholder reporting with CMS clients.
