Own a large scaled-customer book, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, account health, and risk. Build account plans, run executive discovery and demos, navigate multi-threaded buying committees, create ROI-driven business cases, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and help shape the strategic accounts playbook and GTM motion.

Own end-to-end mid-market SaaS sales cycles (prospect to contract) with ACVs of $50K–$250K. Build account plans, lead demos and discovery, craft ROI business cases, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding and retention, and use customer insights to influence product and GTM strategy.

Drive and deliver strategic partner integrations: assess partner architectures, prototype and ship integrations, manage executive relationships, build business cases, and inform product and GTM.

The Channel Manager will build relationships with partners, advising on strategies where Lovable can assist, driving joint sales efforts and collaborations.
