Own the post-sale customer journey for key accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Operate as a senior individual contributor in an early-stage environment.

Own a curated list of ~50 mega-cap enterprise accounts, run complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build account plans and executive relationships, generate and close 6–7-figure multi-year deals through creative outbound and cross-functional selling, and maintain high-quality pipeline and forecasting.

Sell Listen Labs' AI research platform to mid-to-large enterprises through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Generate outbound pipeline, manage inbound leads, run discovery calls and demos, build proposals/ROI cases, negotiate contracts, and drive land-and-expand motions while improving sales processes and collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
