SitusAMC is seeking a Platform Engineer Contractor to support their clients and contribute to transformative projects within the Real Estate Industry. Responsibilities include collaboration, advocacy, and participation in training as needed.

Owner of test strategy and execution for web applications: design test plans, run functional/integration/regression/performance tests, log and track defects, perform root-cause analysis, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve QA processes and automation (Playwright) within Agile teams.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications with a UI focus. Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, testers, and developers; participate in code reviews; write clean code; troubleshoot defects; improve development processes; and stay current with emerging technologies.

Lead and mentor full-stack engineering teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable client-facing and proprietary software. Drive architecture, technical roadmap, Agile delivery, cloud-native migrations, API integrations, quality metrics, and cross-functional collaboration while balancing hands-on development and people leadership to meet product and business goals.

Coordinate planning, scheduling, testing, and delivery of software releases across product, engineering, QA, and support. Maintain release schedules, manage environments, produce release notes, communicate updates to stakeholders and clients, oversee post-release monitoring and incident engagement, and drive automation and best practices for SaaS release management.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD and cloud platform infrastructure. Implement IaC (Terraform), GitOps pipelines (FluxCD/ArgoCD), Kubernetes and service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and AWS services to deliver scalable, secure, highly available stateful and stateless applications. Collaborate on architecture, automate deployments, and support platform strategy.
