Own the full sales cycle to acquire AI startups and micro-businesses in the US West. Build territory plans, generate high-volume pipeline via outbound and ecosystem channels, drive discovery through close, manage CRM, forecast, and collaborate with SDRs, SEs, and Customer Success.

Manage and nurture low- to mid-revenue US accounts via low-touch, high-scale customer success. Monitor account health, prevent churn, handle basic support and billing inquiries, qualify upsell opportunities for handoff, collaborate with marketing, and improve community processes and automations.

Develop back-end features using JavaScript, participate in system design, and take ownership of product development in an agile environment.

Provide technical guidance to technology partners, drive technical engagements, design and integrate end-to-end solutions, build enablement plans, influence product roadmap, create developer-focused documentation and tools.

Lead reputation monitoring and crisis readiness by maintaining trackers, drafting rapid responses and templates, coordinating executive and cross-team communications, and building processes for consistent external messaging and asset approval.

Own AMER pipeline growth across AI and non-AI offers by building country-specific go-to-market plans, improving lead quality and conversion, diagnosing funnel gaps, optimizing regional spend, and coordinating with sales, SDRs, partnerships, agencies, and global marketing to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Own and expand a portfolio of strategic AI-native accounts by driving ARR growth, prospecting named AI labs, leading complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, running POCs with Solutions Consultants, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver technical and commercial value.

Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for developer-facing products. Lead launches, pricing, and cross-functional programs; gather market and competitive intelligence; enable sales; produce technical copy and content; drive discoverability for AI agents; influence roadmap and revenue KPIs.
