Lead and grow a mid-market sales team selling SaaS to biotech, pharma, and CROs. Drive MEDDIC-based deal discipline, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, hiring and onboarding, territory and quota design, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Travel 60–70% within territory to support AEs and close strategic deals.
