Partner with supervisors and managers to identify operational pain points and deliver practical tech solutions (spreadsheets, forms, dashboards, automations). Build and configure no-code/prebuilt tools, document and train users, protect PHI, and collaborate with senior IT on larger initiatives. Measure success by operational improvements and adoption.

Provide advanced HR support including employee relations and investigations, performance management, leaves and accommodations, policy interpretation, onboarding/offboarding, HR project leadership, compliance with California employment law, HR reporting, and serve as a senior resource and trainer to the HR team.

Administer end-to-end HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compliance with California employment laws, employee support, HRIS/ATS management, reporting, and participation in HR projects to ensure accurate records and strong employee experiences.
