The 1940 Act Attorney provides legal counsel on SEC regulations for ETFs, drafts legal documents, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Lead and scale ETF fund operations, overseeing fund accounting, NAV and valuation oversight, regulatory filings, financial and board reporting, liquidity monitoring, service provider management, control frameworks, process improvements, and senior team development to support growth while reducing operational risk.

Manage regulatory reporting and fund administration for more than 300 ETFs. Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from advisers, accountants, custodians, and vendors for SEC filings including N-PORT and N-CEN. Support fund launches, audits, regulatory exams, vendor coordination, process improvements, and internal controls while guiding junior administrators and collaborating across Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services.

Supports ETF fund administration by preparing regulatory filings and reports, reconciling fund data, analyzing information in Excel and Power BI, monitoring operational workflows, and coordinating with advisors, custodians, auditors, accountants, clients, and service providers. The role also addresses operational inquiries, manages shifting deadlines, supports SEC compliance, and contributes to process and technology improvements.

Leads investment and trading compliance for ETFs by translating prospectus and SAI investment restrictions into Bloomberg AIM rules, monitoring pre- and post-trade exceptions, identifying violations, and collaborating with trading, investment management, and compliance teams. The role also supports compliance with the Investment Company Act, Internal Revenue Code, SEC regulations, and enhancements to trade monitoring systems and processes.

Lead content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, video, email, and web. Translate complex financial and regulatory topics into engaging thought leadership and client-facing content. Manage editorial calendar, partner with compliance/legal, track performance metrics, and iterate based on business impact.

This role involves the ownership and optimization of Bloomberg and trading platforms, partnering with traders to improve workflows and system configurations.
