The Customer Success Manager will onboard new customers, create resources, track usage data, hold check-ins, and surface success stories.

Build and lead the customer success function: onboard new accounts, create playbooks and help-center content, monitor usage and proactively engage low-adoption accounts, run regular check-ins/QBRs, and surface customer success stories while partnering with founders and product.
