Provide litigation and regulatory support to Managing Counsel including legal research and writing, manage discovery and ESI, use eDiscovery and legal-hold tools, prepare documents and exhibits, track deadlines, assist with records retention, invoice review, and administrative tasks onsite at Martinez Refinery.

Manage contracts in SAP/Ariba, negotiate terms, run competitive sourcing events, monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance (ISNetworld, TRACK), and support procurement strategy, cost-saving initiatives, and cross-site alignment.

Lead and manage a team of process engineers to provide day-to-day refinery unit troubleshooting, technical assurance, and long-term process optimization. Oversee safety, MOC and PHA delivery, resource allocation for turnarounds and projects, mentor staff, and support margin improvement and operational reliability across refinery process units.

Support refinery unit operations by optimizing process performance, troubleshooting non-routine events, participating in turnarounds and maintenance, evaluating operational changes, and interfacing with internal and external teams to improve safety, reliability, yields, and cost efficiency.
