Acts as a confidential liaison for executives, resolves complex requests, supports business initiatives, and may lead administrative staff through hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.

Manage and monitor commercial loan portfolios: analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate closings for complex loans; ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations; support Relationship Manager and VP in credit approvals, loan processing, and customer service.
