Responsibilities include agent architecture, LLMOps observability, production integration, containerization, CI/CD, evaluation pipelines, RAG and cost optimization, and technical mentorship. The role requires translating business needs into reliable, tested systems and leading AI infrastructure development in a high-growth fintech environment.

Establishes reliability and productivity metrics, improves deployment velocity, manages engineering teams, and partners with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to scale secure, resilient systems.
