The Process Mechanical Designer will assist in the design of mechanical piping and equipment layouts for water and wastewater facilities, ensure accuracy in project specifications, and develop detailed mechanical drawings.

Support design team with coordination of deliverables, specification production, QA/QC documentation, project schedules, collaboration sites, construction administration tasks, and basic project management under moderate supervision.

Support Maui post-disaster recovery by managing and developing project data systems, building backend database structures, updating website front-ends, and producing internal and external data metrics and visualizations to inform project leads, improve forecasting, and enable transparent, resilient infrastructure decision-making.

Lead technical standards and best practices for anaerobic digestion projects, support national project delivery, develop training and mentoring, provide client-facing technical solutions and presentations, and advance practice-level research and innovation. Ensure quality, governance, and risk mitigation across projects.

Perform Phase I ESA due diligence support including regulatory gap analysis, permit application assistance, multi-media environmental audits, compliance reporting, agency negotiation support, and development of compliance tools and standards. Work under senior staff guidance, conduct site reconnaissance and document findings, and adapt to evolving assignments to reduce environmental liability and risk.

Lead administrative project support: manage documents, schedule and run meetings, track action items and deliverables, set up collaboration platforms (SharePoint/MS Teams), create workflows, prepare presentations, develop onboarding and H&S documentation, mentor team members, and audit records to ensure accuracy.

The Senior Engineer will deliver environmental engineering solutions focused on thickening and dewatering, conduct analyses, design systems, and mentor junior staff.

Maintain and improve marketing systems, content libraries, and data quality to support business development and proposals. Assist system upgrades, data governance, process improvements, competitor research, and proposal document preparation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support testing and configuration, and help communicate strategic messaging. Build proficiency in content management, marketing systems, and proposal support.
