Design, build, and support enterprise BI solutions by aggregating data from multiple sources, developing reports and dashboards (Tableau, SSRS), writing SQL and ETL (SSIS), collaborating with stakeholders, supporting data modeling and governance, and ensuring data accuracy to inform business decisions—with emphasis on behavioral health and healthcare data.

Lead and maintain enterprise compliance and privacy programs (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, NCQA, URAC); conduct risk assessments; manage audits, program integrity and fraud/waste/abuse investigations; partner with leadership and Board to embed compliance through training, controls, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Investigate, document, and resolve clinical quality-of-care complaints, grievances, and incidents. Review medical records, collect and analyze data, prepare reports, support accreditation readiness, and lead performance improvement projects to monitor and improve compliance and care quality.
