Lead and scale the hardware engineering team to design, deliver, and support reliable IIoT products. Own technical direction, architecture (power, connectivity, security), manufacturability, processes, hiring, and cross-functional execution from concept through production.

Provide Tier-3 engineering support and maintain web applications across frontend (React) and backend (AWS APIs, Lambda, databases). Troubleshoot production issues, support deployments/CI, triage requests, participate in code reviews, and drive process and tooling improvements to increase system stability and developer efficiency.

Lead and coach a technical Customer Support team to resolve inbound cases quickly and accurately, monitor hardware/network alerts, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Reliability, improve workflows and documentation, recruit and develop staff, and report support metrics to leadership.

Own a portfolio of accounts as a trusted advisor to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build relationships, create strategic success plans, monitor KPIs, lead onboarding and reviews, resolve issues with internal teams, and meet retention and sales targets.

Lead electrical monitoring and analysis across AssetWatch's multi-sensor platform. Own measurement design, validation, and interpretation of electrical signals for diagnostics. Collaborate with hardware, software, product, and UX teams to integrate electrical insights, scale field-ready solutions, and expand into new electrical applications and energy-related use cases.

Provide external customer support for hardware and network outages across phone, email, and software. Triage and resolve high-volume tickets, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, use CRM and remote tools to diagnose problems, meet response-time quotas, and build strong customer relationships while escalating and feeding product feedback.

Generate and qualify leads, schedule demos via outbound calls/emails/LinkedIn, research accounts, maintain prospect database, partner with Solution Architects to build pipeline, and keep accurate CRM and sales process data.
