Lead low-voltage subsystem architecture and hardware design for MV/LV power conversion. Design and validate control, sensing, protection, and isolated interface circuits. Own full PCBA lifecycle from specs to production, perform DFMEA and component derating, collaborate on EMI/EMC compliance, and maintain traceable documentation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements; support month-/year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audits, cost and inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment; implement controls and collaborate cross-functionally.

Design and validate isolated and non-isolated high-power converter stages and magnetics for MV/LV Solid State Transformer systems. Perform FEA-driven magnetics design, high-voltage isolation and safety testing, optimize loss/cost/size trade-offs, coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing and test teams, and own magnetics validation to meet performance and safety standards.

Lead product definition and delivery of site-level control software for inverters, batteries, and microgrid controllers. Own roadmap, integrations (EMS/SCADA/BMS), control logic, firmware/cloud handoffs, compliance, customer onboarding, diagnostics, and KPIs to ensure reliable, secure site orchestration.

Assist development and debugging of embedded firmware for power electronics: implement/test control algorithms (PWM, ADC, fault handling), configure microcontroller peripherals, support hardware bring-up, debug with lab instruments, and develop unit and system-level tests under varied operating conditions.
