Develop scalable Go-based test automation for high-voltage power electronics and thermal systems; lead end-to-end test software design, deployment, debugging, and collaborate with hardware/firmware teams. Travel worldwide to deploy and validate solutions.

Design MV/HV PCB layouts for high-voltage, high-current power electronics, ensuring clearance/creepage, insulation coordination, thermal and electric-field control. Produce manufacturing packages, manage BOMs and component sourcing, resolve DFM issues, and support compliance, prototype validation, and production transition.

Support Head of People to build People operations: own onboarding/offboarding, HR systems and records, benefits and leave programs, payroll data, compliance, performance and engagement programs, and continuous process improvements to scale the company.

Design and validate isolated and non-isolated high-power converter stages and magnetics for MV/LV Solid State Transformer systems. Perform FEA-driven magnetics design, high-voltage isolation and safety testing, optimize loss/cost/size trade-offs, coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing and test teams, and own magnetics validation to meet performance and safety standards.

Lead low-voltage subsystem architecture and hardware design for MV/LV power conversion. Design and validate control, sensing, protection, and isolated interface circuits. Own full PCBA lifecycle from specs to production, perform DFMEA and component derating, collaborate on EMI/EMC compliance, and maintain traceable documentation.

Architect and operate hybrid edge-to-cloud infrastructure, build CI/CD and IaC pipelines, manage monitoring/logging and secure OTA updates, enforce networking and cloud security, and collaborate with software, data, and AI teams to ensure reliable, high-performance systems.
