Intern will build and deploy production-grade AI software for outdoor robotics, improving fleet management, perception, planning, control, data pipelines, dashboards, and training/inference performance on GPUs. Work spans full stack from model development to deployment and validation in real-world robot operations.

Develop and deploy state-of-the-art physical AI for outdoor robotics, focusing on perception, planning, control, simulation-driven training, multi-sensor integration, data pipelines, and GPU-optimized training and inference.

Design and iterate rugged mobile platforms and structural mounts for AI-driven construction robots. Lead hands-on R&D, field testing (4 6 times/year), implement DFM and functional safety, and transition prototypes to production-ready hardware.

Lead development of scalable simulation and training infrastructure for robot learning. Implement high-fidelity physics, handle multimodal sensor data, build tools for large-scale RL/imitation learning, and optimize software for GPU parallelization. Help shape AI capabilities and grow into leadership roles.

Intern will build and deploy 2D and 3D perception models for outdoor robotic applications, scale data collection and pipelines, bridge sim-to-real, track performance with dashboards, and optimize training and inference on GPUs.
