Execute micro- and nanofabrication process flows in the Berkeley Nanolab cleanroom, operate photolithography, deposition, etch, and metrology tools, support process development and yield improvement, maintain fabrication documentation, troubleshoot tool/process issues, coordinate with lab staff, and follow cleanroom and chemical safety protocols. Early-career hires will grow into process ownership and learn yield and failure analysis.
