Manage daily San Francisco office operations while providing proactive executive support to the co-founder and leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, vendor and facilities management, supplies and workplace services, office access, onboarding and offboarding logistics, guest visits, events, confidential information, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, discretion, independent judgment, and a hands-on approach in a fast-growing environment.

Develop and improve ASTRA-sim for modeling and simulating heterogeneous AI hardware architectures. Integrate internal estimation tools into simulation frameworks, model distributed training, inference, and reasoning workflows across GPUs, CPUs, and novel accelerators, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Lead design and implementation of a distributed simulation, modeling, and emulation environment for high-performance AI hardware. Define the simulation roadmap, build simulation infrastructure from scratch, integrate estimation tools, model training/inference workflows on heterogeneous GPU/CPU/accelerator clusters, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Lead identification, development, and execution of strategic growth opportunities and anchor customer/partner relationships. Manage strategic accounts, negotiate complex commercial agreements, translate technical roadmaps into customer value, partner with engineering/product teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Research and develop quantum-accelerated AI algorithms and theory across generative modeling, probabilistic inference, optimization, and scientific machine learning. Design quantum algorithms and resource estimates, build hybrid quantum-classical workflows, prototype systems in Python/JAX/PyTorch and quantum frameworks, and collaborate with hardware teams to inform architecture and benchmarking.

Lead applied collaborations bringing quantum-native generative methods into partner domains: design benchmarks, prototype and validate proofs-of-concept, benchmark against trusted reference methods, produce reproducible evidence and resource models, and communicate technical results to partners while informing internal research directions.
