Lead legal support for complex sales transactions, develop contract templates and playbooks, implement legal workflows, support governance and compliance, and advise cross-functional teams on commercial matters, data privacy, emerging regulations, corporate governance, and fundraising. Build a scalable legal function while balancing risk and business objectives.

Identify and engage new prospects through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn). Hit monthly meeting targets, qualify leads, find decision makers and champions in enterprise accounts, and maintain knowledge of AI industry trends to have technical conversations with prospects.
