Lead technical direction and implementation of a bare-metal Managed Kubernetes platform for GPU workloads. Lead negotiation, structuring, and drafting of complex data center, land, power, and construction transactions. Manage PPAs, interconnection, project finance, tax incentives, outside counsel, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, procurement, and finance.

The Senior Incident Manager leads incident response for AI infrastructure, coordinating teams to resolve critical incidents, conducting post-incident analysis, and improving operational resilience across systems.
