Sell CivilGrid's civil design platform to California cities, municipalities, and public agencies. Own full public-sector sales cycles from prospecting and pilots through contract execution, navigate government procurement/RFPs, build ROI-backed materials, maintain long-cycle stakeholder engagement, and expand pipeline using existing public-sector networks. Represent CivilGrid at industry events.

Conduct qualitative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing) with civil engineers, GIS teams, and field crews to inform product decisions. Partner with PMs and designers to shape research questions, run usability tests on prototypes, synthesize actionable insights, and build a repeatable research practice. Support complementary quantitative analysis when useful and help the product team incorporate customer feedback continuously.
