Supports the Growth Leader by managing deal execution, CRM pipeline accuracy, proposals, financial analyses, market intelligence, relationship tracking, and internal handoffs. Coordinates stakeholders across departments, prepares client and broker meetings, builds scalable workflows and AI-enabled systems, and improves sales-to-onboarding continuity. The role offers a path toward independently owning smaller opportunities, client relationships, markets, or business segments.

Own and build the company’s end-to-end talent acquisition function, including sourcing, pipeline development, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, employer branding, referral programs, ATS administration, recruiting operations, workforce planning, and hiring metrics. Partner with leaders across the organization to support high-volume and specialized hiring, develop talent pipelines, manage recruiting spend, and establish scalable processes.
