Serve as on-site front desk and office hub handling mail/document workflows, checks and deposits, mail runs, office supplies, customer service, and coordination with Accounting and People Operations to support property management operations.

Perform property accounting functions including accounts receivable (check entry, deposits, bank scanners), property-level compliance filings and payments, utility account management, and daily accounting email triage. Build and document processes, maintain compliance calendars, research jurisdictional requirements, and collaborate with the Property Accounting team to support a growing portfolio.
