Serve as the primary HR partner for multiple Bay Area specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. Provide employee relations, coaching, performance management, investigations, leave and accommodation guidance, recruiting/onboarding support, and workforce analysis. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, partner with HR Centers of Excellence, and travel regularly across sites while maintaining flexibility to support a 24/7 clinical environment.
