Support internal communications and employee engagement by creating and distributing internal newsletters and content, assisting with presentations and visual storytelling, organizing staff events, analyzing engagement metrics, and contributing to DEI and communications initiatives. Provide administrative support for communications projects and help improve internal information sharing and staff connection across the organization.

Duties include event coordination, registrant communications, survey administration and analysis (SurveyMonkey/CODA), report preparation, and cross-departmental collaboration.
