Lead a team building high-signal evaluation datasets, developer tools, and online evaluation systems (e.g., CursorBench) to measure and improve coding agent/model quality, integrate evals into launches, deploys, and training decisions, and define metrics and guardrails.

Build and ship end-to-end Bugbot features: frontend, backend, and model integration. Improve the review pipeline (prompting, routing, context selection), embed integrations into developer workflows, monitor and improve review quality, and design onboarding to drive adoption while partnering with ML, infra, and product teams.

Own post-sale success for enterprise customers: lead end-to-end rollouts, drive adoption and retention, engage engineering leaders, translate use cases into repeatable workflows, monitor usage to drive renewals and expansion, and surface customer insights to influence product roadmap.
