Opportunistic role for exceptional candidates to define their own mandate applying frontier AI to biomedical science. Work spans agent platform, science, infrastructure, product, and commercial tasks with end-to-end ownership. Must be highly autonomous, AI-native, collaborative, and able to work onsite in South San Francisco.

The role involves managing the post-sales experience for enterprise accounts, fostering relationships, driving user adoption, and coordinating feedback for product improvement.

As part of the Strategy & Operations team, you'll design scalable processes, build financial models, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance customer success and operational efficiency.
