Lead Product-Led Growth and community for AgentMail: own PLG budget, run analytics-driven activation experiments (PostHog), manage Discord/Reddit presence, craft social strategy, run events and sponsorships, amplify UGC and launches, and ship rapid experiments with founders and engineers to grow builder adoption.

Lead and own AgentMail's go-to-market playbook across PLG, content, community, outbound, partnerships, events, and launches. Design and scale growth experiments and distribution loops, define category narrative and positioning, partner with product to bake growth into the product, build dashboards, automations, and scalable ops, and run pricing, logistics, vendor, and early sales motions with tight feedback loops.

Build and own AgentMail’s growth stack: instrument funnels, enrich signups, build source-of-truth dashboards, run PLG experiments, automate outbound and lookalike plays, connect systems via APIs/webhooks, and ship AI-powered internal tools from prototype to company-wide adoption.

Lead a team of engineers to design APIs and systems for AI agents, manage infrastructure, and handle production software quality.

As a Founding Engineer, you will design APIs, build high-performance systems, and manage projects from design to production, focusing on the intersection of AI and email systems.
